Gaggia MDF Coffee Grinder with Doser Review

For $200 this coffee grinder sucks.It's missing nice/easy to add features, like rubber stoppers on the bottom!!Both hands are busy, one holding the espresso handle and one operating the doser and the machine slides all over the counter.Also the doser never worked on my machine.It never dispensed the correct amount of coffee...and the coffee that came out of the dispenser went everywhere.Plus the dispenser handle was less than smooth to pull.I hate this machine.

Lavazza 4202A 2.2 Pound Super Crema Espresso Whole Bean Review

Fantastic espresso beans!I usually drink Illy, but thought I would give this a 'shot'... and I was not disappointed! This has a slightly smokier flavor than the Illy roasts, produces a NICE crema, and is ultra smooth.

Gaggia Baby Class Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine Review

After researching extensively, I consistently saw that Gaggia delivers a very good machine for a reasonable price. I've had this "Gaggia Baby" for 10 months now, and it is one superb machine. The hefty, commercial portafilter, the sturdy housing, the speed with which it heats up...all inspire confidence. And better, they work together to create wonderful, delicious espresso.

A coffee lover, but new to espresso machines, I'll admit it took me a bit of experimenting to find the right grind/tamp combo. But I've got that figured out, and consistently pull great shots, full of rich crema, in 20 seconds. BTW, i use a Capresso 560.01 Infinity Burr Grinder, and find it to be perfectly good (it's what my local roaster uses at their shop for decaf).

I should note that unlike other reviewers, I found the manual to be pretty straight-forward and easily understood.

Only complaint: the buttons on this machine don't impress. They feel a bit cheap. That's the only negative, and the only reason this doesn't get a 5-star rating from me.

Final observation: My kids use this fairly regularly, and despite their abuse, it keeps delivering my 4 shots every morning.

I really like this machine, and heartily recommend it.

Gaggia 7001 Burr Grinder, White Review

this thing works really great. i've enjoyed using it for a little over two years. the beans occasionally get jammed up in the hole leading to the clear plastic arena but this is easily remedies by a little fiddling with the tip of a knife. grinds the beans perfectly for my french press!

This machine worked for 30 days then failed. I returned it to wholelattelove for repiar and I'm told it will be 2 months before I get it back. I'm not impressed with their service nor with the buggy Gaggia Dose.

Gaggia 87003 Espresso De Luxe Espresso Machine, Black Review

I loved it for the ease of use and my latte was as good as Starbucks. I used lowfat milk with excellent results and lots of foam. I was really sorry when it stoped working exactly one year after purchase. It's not a cheap equipment so I expected it to last longer.

Gaggia 11300 Baby D Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine, Silver Review

This machine could not be better.It's a Porche. Clean, efficient, easy to use and maintain, and makes great espresso.I had a Krupps and a Seco before and this machine makes those seem like toys.I'd recomend this without reservation.My only complaint is the size of the water tank (too small requiring frequent refilling, though that is very easy to do).
